The

RZA has signed

an exclusive production and distribution agreement with Red Ant

Records, to distribute the superstar producer/label CEO’s latest

label. This one, Threat Records is co-owned with the RZA by manager/promoter

Cath Jones. The first release off the label is the highly anticpated

Sunz Of Man LP, The Last Shall Be The First.Red Ant Entertainment

has signed an exclusive production and distribution agreement

with Threat Records, the label formed in 1997 by Wu-Tang Clan

member RZA and manager/concert promoter Cathy Jones. Add this

to the entrepenuers holdings that include Wu-Tang Records, which

is handled by Priority, Razor Sharp, which is handled by Epic,

and numerous Wu-Wear stores, and Wu-Nails.
