can’t stay out of trouble. While he was out in Hollywood, watching

the performance of Des’ree, ODB was thrown out of the club for

being "drunk, disorderly, and annoying other patrons."

House Of Blues security came to take ODB out of the club, and

he threatened to come back and kill them. West Hollywood police

were then called to the scene and ODB was arrested shortly after

12:30 a.m. PT. He was being held at the West Hollywood Station

in lieu of $50,000 bail. If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence

of 3 years. He was also wanted in Los Angeles County for a traffic

violation. O.D.B. was released on bail Thursday September 17,

and is scheduled to be in Beverely Hills Court October 8.
