Now

all of you upcoming artists have two new record labels to submit

material to. After a bitter break up between Joe Nicolo and

Chris Schwartz, former CEO’s of Ruffhouse Records, the duo have

both formed seperate labels. Schwartz has formed RuffNation

with Warner Brothers, and will have offices in Philly, London

and New York. Nicolo isn’t sitting around and crying about the

split either. He informed allhiphop.com that he has also formed

a label with offices in the Philly area, called Judgement Records,

which will be distributed through RCA. The exit of Loud (who

will be handled by RED, a division of Sony) left RCA with no

formidable Hip-Hop label, so Nicolo will be getting a lot of

attention. When the pair were together, they had such acts as

Kriss Kross, Cypress Hill, The Fugees and had Nas for a moment.
