Parks lawsuit that was thrown out of court: "We are pleased

that our freedom of speech was not compromised, but are still

saddened that Ms. Parks’ lawyers felt the need to take this to

court. Our intentions were never to defame her name, as we respect

Ms. Parks and all that she has done for our people and this country.

We plan on putting this behind us and to continue making hit music

for people of all races and ages to listen to."
