Eminem

has drawn heat for his latest album, The Marshall Mathers LP.

The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD), claims

that his lyrics convey messages of hatred and violence, and could

lead to discrimination, physical abuse, and death. The group is

encouraging consumers to register complaints with Interscope Records,

for promoting defamatory material. Eminem pokes fun at the murder

of Versace, and uses one liners, like "hate fags? The answer’s

yes.." Eminem claims that he is not homophobic, and says

his lyrics should be taken for entertainment value.
