Eminem

and his wife Kim Mathers, have settled a $10 Million dollar suit,

which sought to prevent Eminem from writing any more songs about

his wife, sole custody of their daughter and other things. As

part of the settlement, Eminem will share custody of their daughter,

although physical custody will go to Kim. The duo are still trying

to figure out other financial issues, including child support,

spousal support and their estate. They are scheduled to return

back to court October 3rd.
