Beastie Boy
owned label, GrandRoyal will make all of it’s releases available for digital download
the same day the actual CD is released. The first release is Texas
rock group, At The Drive In, and their release "Relationship
of Command." The album is being released digitally through
the unsuccessful EMI Music Distribution digital-distribution initiative.
The digital album will be priced at about the same price as the
actual CD. It will also be sold through the traditional online
retailers like Amazon.com, Tower, Best Buy and CDnow.
