has been ordered to serve
his 15 day jail sentence by a Western New York Judge. DMX had
tried to appeal the verdict, but the judge overturned it and ordered
him to pay a $400 fine. DMX is supposed to surrender in two weeks
to serve his time in the Erie County Correctional Facility in
Alden.
DMX was pulled over
in March of 2000, and charged with speeding, driving with a suspended
license and marijuana possession.
DMX Pleaded guilty
to all of the original charges, which is where the maximum 15
day jail term stems from.
