Cory

"C-Murder"

Miller will plead not guilty to allegations of 2nd degree

murder. C-Murder claims he is a victim of mistaken identity

in a Jan. 12th shooting that left a 16 year-old dead.

The murder charges have not been filed as The Jefferson

Parish, Louisiana D.A. reviews the case. He is incarcerated

on unrelated charges & being held for $1 million bail.

C-Murder was

arrested on Friday January 18th, in Jefferson Parish,

Louisiana, after police say witnesses came forward with

information about the shooting, which over 300 people

witnessed. According to sources, many of the witnesses

were initially afraid to come forward and finger Miller

as the triggerman.

The Jefferson

Parish DA is reviewing the murder case and no charges

have been filed. C-Murder is incarcerated for disturbing

the peace and criminal trespassing charges after an incident

at the House Of Blues in New Orleans. C-Murder is being

held on $1 million bail at the Jefferson Correctional

Facility and his lawyer says that he will not post bail.

His lawyer says that C-Murder’s arrest from the House

Of Blues incident violates his release agreement from

his prior attempted murder charge and he would end up

behind bars again anyway.
