Nate Dogg
was booked Friday in Arizona on felony charges of possession of marijuana, drug
paraphernalia and a stolen firearm. He was also charged with misconduct involving
weapons while committing a felony.
Nate’s tour bus was stopped for traveling 85
mph in a 75 mph zone according to Arizona authorities. Authorities smelled marijuana
when the bus driver opened the door and after a search of the bus, police found
marijuana, drug paraphernalia, an unloaded Tech-9 pistol and a loaded Beretta
.380 caliber pistol, which had been reported stolen by the LAPD.
Although he was traveling with eight other people,
Nate was the only one booked into the Mohave County jail on felony charges of
possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a stolen firearm. He also was
charged with misconduct involving weapons while committing a felony, said Officer
John Ortolano. He was released on $3,500 bail.
In more positive Nate Dogg news, he will appear
on Eminem’s next effort, The Eminem Show, which is due out May 28th.
