According to sources, bad blood may be flowing between Sean “P.Diddy” Combs and the Chairman of Island Music, Lyor Cohen. It seems the problems started when Cohen signed one of Bad Boy’s biggest act’s, 112 to Island/Def Jam. The signing, which Puff referred to as “a betrayal,” seems to have been the first in what may be a long rivalry between the two.
Puffy is apparently attempting to sign Foxy Brown away from Island/Def Jam to his Bad Boy imprint. Foxy Brown is currently finishing up her Ill Nana 2, The Fever via Island/Def Jam July 2.
