PM, Salem Temple Assemblies of God Church at 1412 Bryant Avenue in the Bronx

hosts their eighth annual Rap Fest. This event features 26 Rap Ministries (groups)

from various cities and states throughout the U.S. including Texas, California,

Tennessee, Puerto Rico, Washington DC, Maryland and even as far out as Canada.

There will be a host of Dee Jays, Graffiti Artists and Break-dancers as well.

All will be displaying, not only their talents and passion for the hip-hop origins,

but their love for God and desire to worship Him with their talents and abilities.

Last year approximately 3,000 people throughout

the course of the day visited Rap Fest. Due to heavy promotion and great news

spreading by word of mouth, we anticipate a higher attendance this year. This

is a free event for everyone. Press passes are available on site for the media

personnel attending.
