After winning charges against a Dorchester County,

South Carolina woman in November, rapper Luke Campbell has been hit with fresh

charges, this time by the Dorchester County officials.

An arrest warrant was issued for Campbell yesterday

(March 5.) on a felony charge of presenting or participating in an obscene performance,

because the show allegedly featured naked people on stage at the End Zone nightclub.

The obscenity performance began a day after the

Campbell’s October performance, when a 23 year old woman claimed she was dragged

on the stage, stripped naked and assaulted.

After an investigation led by Detective Ken Hagge

of the N. Charleston Police Department, it was determined that there was no

evidence to support the woman’s claim and that her report to police was false.

Luke steadfastly maintains his innocence.

“I was not doing the show in September when they talked to me. I showed them the “Freakshow” tape of that night and they looked at the tape. They told me I didn’t do sh*t then they locked the girl up,” Luke said to AllHipHop.com. “The person who put this sh*t on me is, by the way, running for office now. That is why he is doing this s### too.”
