A variety of West coast rappers have recorded

"S.T.O.P.," short for ‘Stop The Oppressive Politics.’

Daz, Everlast, Defari, J-Ro, Trey Dee, Soopafly,

RBX, Dilated Peoples, W.C. Mac Minister and Light (BushBaybes), are featured

on the Internet only release, produced by Fred Wreck.

"We all had different views that were basically

about the same thing," Wreck told AllHipHop.com. I just gave everyone a

platform for them to express that."

Wreck said that because of the strong views expressed

on the song, it would only be released through the Internet.

"It’s also gonna be on a few mixed tapes

for now, but I doubt any record company is gonna wanna f*ck with it," he

said.

Wreck has also taken a creative approach and

is letting fans download the instrumental as well.

"We didn’t do this to make money, we did

it to send a message. So we are also going to make the instrumental available

for download so other people can rap on the beat and express there views too,"

Wreck continued.
