Twista was injured

in a car crash that killed a member of his entourage Monday (Sept. 7) morning

in Pennsylvania.

The rapper was

treated and released after the van he was a passenger in crashed on Interstate

90, as Twista was heading from Syracuse, New York, to his hometown of Chicago.

The van swerved

off the road and into the median where it flipped over.

Arthur Dixon of

Chicago suffered fatal injuries and died at the Hamot Medical Center.

Five other occupants

were also injured, none seriously.

No charges have

been filed against the driver of the vehicle, but police are still investigating

why the driver swerved off of the road.
