Boost Mobile continues
to push for the Hip-Hop audience with the addition of Eve and Fat Joe as celebrity
endorsers.
The two Hip-Hop stars are
shooting advertisements for Boost Mobile this month that build off of the company’s
previous “Anthem” campaign that featured Ludacris, The Game and
Kanye West.
"It’s an evolution,"
Lisa Spiritus, Senior Manager/Entertainment marketing for Boost told industry
trade BrandWeek.com. "That is a very important demo for us and represents
a lot of potential growth.”
Eve’s commercial will
feature her as a cabaret dancer, while Fat Joe’s spot features him at
a mock Grandmaster Flash concert in the 1980’s.
One more celebrity figure
that isn’t a rapper will be announced by Boost shortly.
Production on the
commercials starts this month (June 2005), and will hit print and television
in August.
