Sean “P. Diddy” Combs will emcee the Annual UJA-Federation Awards ceremony tomorrow, which will honor Warner Music Group chairman, Edgar Bronfman Jr with the 2005 Music Visionary of the Year Award.

Hundreds of business leaders – including Lyor Cohen, Kevin Liles and Jay-Z – will attend the tribute to Bronfman, who is being honored for his vision in the music industry.

WMG is currently the only publicly traded stand-alone music company in the United States.

The record label is home to a number of Hip-Hop acts and labels, including Asylum, Atlantic, Elektra and Combs’ Bad Boy imprint.

WMG recently held an IPO and the company’s stock was recently upgraded to “buy” status by Wall Street analysts.

Bronfman led a group of investors who purchased the struggling label for $2.3 billion dollars.

The UJA-Federation of New York is world’s largest local philanthropy. The non-profit cares for needy Jewish people in New York, Israel and around the world.

The funds UJA raises each year go to a network of more than 100 varied agencies that assist homeless people, victims of domestic abuse and other services that help save lives.

“I am honored that UJA-Federation and my colleagues have chosen to honor me with the 2005 Music Visionary of the Year Award,” Bronfman told AllHipHop.com in a statement. “Supporting UJA-Federation is enormously important, and I couldn’t think of a more worthy cause than the Music for Youth Foundation.”

The 2005 UJA-Federation Awards Ceremony takes place tomorrow (July 13) at The Pierre Ballroom in New York City.
