Almost three years after Hurricane Katrina, Master P and his son Romeo are still helping out those in need of help in New Orleans. After volunteering in Los Angeles feeding the less fortunate with Food on Foot, Master P and Romeo decided to bring the program to their native New Orleans where conditions haven’t changed much since the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.”This is probably one of the best organizations I’ve ever been apart of,” Master P said in a statement. “Food on Foot helps those in New Orleans that need it the most.”Some residents of New Orleans remain without housing and are forced to live on their own, sometimes in tents. With the help of Food on Foot these residents will at least receive balanced and nutritious meals; Food on Foot also provides job and job training for the less fortunate. To volunteer with Food on Foot or to make a donation visit http://www.foodonfootno.com or http://www.foodonfoot.org.
