Big Gates/Slip-N-Slide/Atlantic rapper Plies has moved up the June 24 release date of his upcoming album Definition of Real.

The project, which features the Ne-Yo assisted single “Bust It Baby, Part 2,” is now slated to hit music stores and online retailers on June 10.

Definition of Real is the follow-up to Plies’ debut release The Real Testament.

The album, which has received RIAA gold certification, spawned the hit singles “Shawty (Feat. T-Pain)” and “Hypnotized (Feat. Akon)” while debuting at number two on the Billboard 200.

It currently sits at number 13 on Billboard’s Top Rap Albums chart.

The success of The Real Testament has carried over into the ringtone market as the album generated six ringtones that currently occupy Nielsen RingScan’s “Top 200 Mastertones” chart.

“Bust It Baby Part 2” has become a hit at Urban radio outlets as it rises up the Urban Radio Top 40 with increasing airplay.

The single, which went on sale today (March 25), is available at all DSPs.

The new album and hit single come as Plies partners with Don Diva magazine for the Plies/Don Diva Prison Tour.

The Ft. Myers, Florida-bred rapper is featured on the cover of the publication. More details on the partnership will be announced in the coming weeks.
