Rap star 50 Cent and Sierra Entertainment have announced plans for 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand, the upcoming sequel to Bulletproof, the rappers first foray into the world of Xbox/Playstation gaming.
Blood on the Sand features G-Units Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo and DJ Whoo Kid providing voice and likeness in the upcoming video game, which will be available this fall on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 gaming systems.
In 50 Cents latest venture with Sierra, fans must battle to protect 50 Cents assets and collect payments from a crooked overlord in a Middle East setting.
“We are taking this sequel to the next level with exciting combat and gunplay, new original music, great graphics and a new story,” 50 Cent said. “50 Cent: Blood on the Sand will have everything my fans are looking for in a 50 Cent game.”
Blood on the Sand, which features multi-player drop-in and drop-out co-op, interactive counter-kills, driving, and aerial combat, will also be bundled with exclusive unreleased music from 50 Cent and G-Unit.
“50 Cent and shooter fans everywhere came out to support 50 Cent in Bulletproof and made it a multi-million unit selling video game,” said Al Simone, senior vice president of Global Marketing for Sierra Entertainment. “Gamers will be excited that 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand provides the ultimate next-gen 50 Cent game experience to ever fit into one disc.”
50 Cents Blood on the Sand is due in stores this Fall.
