This is according to perezhilton.com, who got it from some inside source. Who knows! I am most interested in what is going to happen to Jay-Z the rapper after he gets married. You know, will his skills diminish after admitting that he’s crazy in love? Anyway, the license was verified and for this to really happen, they BOTH would have had to show up with proof of their identity. As if we didn’t know!
