FAT SMASH…FAT SMASH…FAT SMASH…HHHOOOOO!!!!

Whats goodie, fellow Fat Smashers and Haters? It’s

your boy Cipha Sounds trying to lead the charge on getting healthy in Hip-Hop.

 

Spring is here and you can’t hide behind the

hoodies and big puffy coats anymore. It’s time to hit the Fat Smash Diet and

shed them pounds. 

 

Now I just picked up a new book called How Come That Idiot’s Rich And I’m Not??

by Richard Shemin. It has nothing to do with dieting, but it makes

some excellent points about getting what you want accomplished.

 

One of the points stressed is that you can not do

it alone. You need the guidance and wisdom of other people. Plus when you

decide to get healthy, you see all the haters and jealous people come out

trying to stop you….just ignore them and look for people like G####.

 

Who’s G####, you might ask? Well he writes the Sucker Free blog and to be honest, I don’t even know him. He just hit me up

after reading my Dropping Pounds article and helped me out when he saw that I

was slipping

 

It’s a circle or a “cipher” and it goes

round and round.   Read below

Been reading

your weight loss blog on AllHipHop.com. After your first entry I decided to

check out the Fat Smash diet, I been on it hardcore about three weeks. I

already dropped roughly 25 pounds, got a week left on phase 2.

 

Saw your

entry today, looks like you had a setback. That’s rough bro. Hopefully getting

back on the detox will straighten sh*t out for you. But something I learned

after my first few days on it is this… If you don’t slip up, and you stay on

it exactly as the book says, them cravings definitely start becoming less

frequent.

 

And you have

to, no doubt about it, get that exercise in. Point being, if you don’t exercise

then all the vitamins from the fruits and vegetables don’t get to circulate in

your body and muscles the way they need to. You’l be eating them just to eat

them, and not drop any weight.
