Hip-Hop group Cypress Hill has announced a partnership with Guerilla Union to re-launch the annual Cypress Hill Smokeout.

The two-day festival and “cannabis expo,” which launched in 1998, will return after a six-year hiatus this October, at the San Manuel Amphitheatre and festival grounds in San Bernardino, California.

Headliners on the Cypress Hill Smokeout include Slipknot, Sublime!, Deftones, Redman and Method Man, Cheech and Chong, all original members of the Goodie Mob and a reunion-set featuring the original Geto Boys, consisting of Willie D., Scarface and Bushwick Bill.

“It’s a stoner’s dream come true,” B-Real told AllHipHop.com of the festival. “Our fans deserve an event that celebrates our love of music and marijuana culture. It’s gonna take two days to take it all in. I can’t wait to play some new music and hang with all our friends and fans.”

In addition to the aforementioned performers, festival goers will see performances by Hieroglyphics, Immortal Technique, K’Naan, Living Legends, Devin The Dude, Swollen Members with Moka Only, Afrika Bambaataa, Mixmaster Mike, Kottonmouth Kings and others.

“The spirit of the Smokeout is centered in unifying people, music, while being embraced by the world’s oldest miracle herb,” DJ Muggs said. “This two day festival of high vibrations of lifted music with friends and family is truly exciting to see take form and once again rock the stage with some of the best musical acts in the world.”

Also taking place during the two-day event is the Smokeout Cannabis Cup and Medical Marijuana Expo, a “420” movie night featuring classic stoner films and a variety of panels related to the art of smoking pot.

Rock The Bells tour and Guerilla Union founder Chang Weisberg labeled the event the “Comic-Con” of cannabis.

“I am so happy that we’re bringing it back in anticipation of their amazing new studio album,” Weisberg said. “The fans have been very persistent letting us know that they miss Smokeout. We’ve pulled out all the stops for this year’s festival.”

Cypress Hill’s Smoke Out takes place October 23-24.

Pre-sale tickets are available starting this Friday (September 4), while the general admission tickets start selling Saturday, September 12, through all major ticketing outlets.
