Eminem’s publisher and Apple, Inc have finally settled a legal clash over the digital downloading right for a number of the rapper’s songs.

Richard Busch, the attorney for Eight Mile Style, revealed that an amicable deal was reached on on Thursday, but declined to offer details.

In the 2007 lawsuit, Eight Mile charged that Apple had no right to sell 93 songs on the popular iTunes platform, but the computer monolith claimed they had a clearance through Aftermath Entertainment. The publishing company was seeking millions in compensation.

Eminem’s Relapse 2 is expected to drop before the end of 2009.
