(AllHipHop News) A new track by Black Eyed Peas rapper will.I.am will debut during Super Bowl XLIV tonight (February 7) during an advertisement for FLO TV titled “Moments.”

The track is a remix of The Who’s classic Rock & Roll song “My Generation,” which calls people to take action on pressing humanitarian concerns.

All proceeds from the digital sales of the remix will be donated to Oxfam’s Haiti Earthquake Response Fund.

The track will air just before The Who’s half-time performance during the Super Bowl, which sees The Colts facing off against The New Orleans Saints in Miami.

“We were in the middle of a remix for a Super Bowl ad of one of the great songs of our time – ‘My Generation’ – when this tragic earthquake hit Haiti,” will.i.am told AllHipHop.com in a statement. “I was moved to do something, and I immediately reached out to Pete Townshend and FLO TV. We decided to come together to create a full-length version of the track. This version will contain additional lyrics not included in the commercial, and all proceeds from the song will go directly to benefit the people of Haiti.”

The song will be available for purchase for $1.29 on Amazon.com, DipDive.com and TheWho.com.

“I am relieved to be able to do something visible to reach out to our friends in Haiti – and I am honored to have such a hot and credible artist like will.i.am working with ‘My Generation,’ a song I wrote back when times were changing, but maybe didn’t change enough,” The Who’s legendary guitarist Pete Townshend stated. “Will wants to bring hope to the music rather that just the angst and frustration it once carried, and he has enough life and vigor in him to pull this off. Let’s hope that it generates some cash down the year to help rebuild Haiti.”
