(AllHipHop News) So So Def CEO Jermaine Dupri announced a deal with director Tyler Perry today (March 19) for the release of the soundtrack to Why Did I Get Married Too?
The first single from the soundtrack is titled Nothing and features Dupris ex-girlfriend, Janet Jackson.
The track was produced by Dupri and Bryan Michael Cox.
You haven’t heard Janet sound like this in a long time and I think the song is perfect for the movie, Dupri said. It’s a really good record.”
Nothing will hit the Internet via iTunes on March 30th, while Why Did I Get Married Too? is due in theaters April 2nd.
Dupri is currently at work producing for his latest project with his newest artist, Dondria.
