(AllHipHop News) Fubu will return to the marketplace under a new name, according to the clothing lines founder, Daymond John. FB Legacy recently launched an advertising campaign featuring Houston rapper Slim Thug, who appears in the companys Apple-like commercials. John said that the new brand will feature sportswear that will compliment any wardrobe.”It’s about the power of FUBU and what it means to the fashion world, said John, who founded Fubu in 1992 with friends Carl Brown, J. Alexander Martin, and Keith Perrin. We are trying to educate the kids about the history of it,” John continued. “We’re a legendary brand. We were around for a long time.”According to BrandWeek, Fubus new target audience is young males, aged 15-25. Fubu Legacy is due in retail stores in July.
