Waddell McGhee, a 24-year-old felon, set fire to his ex-girlfriend’s bedroom and ran away. When he ran way, his gun fell out of his pants and on the lawn outside of the complex. There were his own nephews out there in the yard. The younger one picks up the gat and points it to the other on and shoots him in the back with McGhee’s gun. Kills him. McGhee has already turned himself in. They are slapping dude up with all sorts of charges including arson, criminal domestic violence and – cha-ching – homicide by child abuse charges. Uncle McGhee wasn’t even there and didn’t pull the trigger, but they are holding him responsible.
