(AllHipHop News) The estate of the late DJ AM has filed a lawsuit against YTK Investments, claiming the company is illegally exploiting his name and ownership in another company for other business dealings. DJ AM’s estate owns a part of the popular LAX/Las Palmas Nightclub in Las Vegas. According to a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, YTK is attempting to misappropriate the portion of the company owned by the estate.Additionally, the lawsuit claims YTK Investments is illegally using DJ AM’s name to sell securities in a venture called Orange Manor. DJ AM, born Adam Goldstein, died of a drug overdose in New York in August of 2009, after surviving a plane crash with musician Travis Barker in 2008.
