(AllHipHop News) Legendary singer Sir Tom Jones will become the oldest singer in U.K. history next week when he tops the charts with his latest album Praise & Blame, which is expected to dethrone Eminem from the top of the UK albums chart next week.  According to Tom Jones, who has been recording for over 50 years, he would love to do a duet with Eminem, with whom he is battling for the top slot. “I couldn’t be more proud of this album and I’m really blown away by the response from everyone – it’s great to be top of the charts with Eminem, maybe next time we could be top together,” he said in a statement.Rap legend Darryl “DMC” McDaniels of the world famous rap group Run-DMC continues to campaign for the rights of adopted and abused children. DMC is part of the “Be Careful Who Cares for Your Child” public service campaign in New York that is encouraging parents to be more responsible with the people they hire to care for their children. The campaign was launched in the midst of several children’s’ death at the hands of childcare givers in the city. “Very few people believe that someone they love or trust could ever hurt their child, but sadly it happens,” Mayor Bloomberg said in a press conference last week. “Choosing an appropriate caregiver is one of the most important decisions a parent can make, and just because someone is a relative or close friend does not mean they are capable of taking care of a child.” DMC will be featured in ads on TV, radio, bus shelters and the Internet. Foxy Brown has disputed reports that she is beefing with Young Money’s female rap star, Nicki Minaj. Reports surfaced that Brown was dissing the Young Money camp during her concert at B.B. Kings on Sunday (July 25th). According to Foxy, she supports Nicki Minaj and complimented the female MC for her success thus far. “What’s funny, I actually applaud Nicki for it,” Foxy told MTV News. “I think she’s doing an incredible job of branding herself. When you’re a boss b####, you give it up. Send her a Chanel bag or something,” she laughed. “If you’re winning, you’re wining. That’s just how I see it.”
