Rap star T.I. has been ordered to appear before a federal judge in Atlanta and explain why his probation should not be revoked because of his recent arrest in Los Angeles.
The summons was signed Thursday by U.S. District Judge Charles Pannel Jr., who sentenced T.I., whose real name is Clifford Harris Jr., for firearms violations.
The order, signed by T.I.’s probation officer, lists three possible violations of his bond: possession of ecstasy on Sept. 1, testing positive for opiates on Sept. 2 and associating on Sept. 1 with Cortez Thomas, a convicted felon.

Daily News- the mother and two sisters of a Brooklyn woman charged with killing her newborn will testify they had no clue she was pregnant.
The three women will be among 17 witnesses set to testify beginning today at the trial of Laura Sergio, 28, who prosecutors say murdered her 6-pound infant daughter on April 7, 2007, at the family’s Bay Ridge home.
Cops found the baby, wrapped in a bloody towel, in a trash bag on the porch of the house
Sergio gave birth in the bathroom and claims amnesia and no memory of the crime. Her sister Andria, 30, was charged with improper diposal of a human body, accused of moving the child after she had already died. The other sister Cara, 32, was charged with obstructing governmental administration for hindering the investigation. Charges on the sisters were dropped
