Nelly and his masked hype man Slo Down are beefing. I mean, Slo Down feels he should get paid a lot for what he brings to the stage with his mask. Nelly feels he didn’t do anything, but wear a mask on stage. Nelly drops an ether bomb on his former homeboy.

CHARLIE WILSON AND KANYE!
I was on twitter today (@illseed) and I was talking to some people about Charlie Wilson and Kanye. Just basically seeing what was good with their collaboration matrix. They have done several songs and I was wondering what was behind it all. But I wasn’t dissing like some took it. But, I wanted to say that Charlie Wilson’s brother in the Gap Band recently died and Charlie was all busted up over it for obvious reasons. He was at the recent Hoodie Awards by Steve Harvey and he broke down on stage crying over his brother. But he still carried on to perform some of the ill Gap Band records.

YOUNG BUCK IS SUING 50 CENT? WANTS $5 MILLION?
Young Buck is trying his best to get out of the deal with G-Unit. Now, as you know, there is a rumor that Buck got out of the deal after he filed for Bankruptcy. But, I guess, I am wondering why he’s still suing unless he’s just attempting to get paid. “Mr. Brown intends to reorganize his debts and pay off the IRS in a timely manner… He will also be filing a lawsuit in the next 30-60 days against his former manager, G-Unit label and Mr. Curtis Jackson.” I’m not mad at him trying to get paid, but you know…we’ll see.

Fiddy was tapped to be a last-minute special guest at the Jay-Z/ Eminem concert, and told organizers he would miss the event. The Simmons kids showed up late, and tried to move from their assigned seats to the front row next to Liv Tyler, Kelly Os bourne, Natasha Bedingfield and “True Blood” actor Joe Manganiello. But organizers sent them back.

Dude was taking pics of all the leaders and then talking to “the man.” Ernest Withers I wish you were still living to hear the fury firsthand. If you see MLK in heaven, I hope he hits you with a right cross. I suspect he’s a few stories under King though. For the record, Withers family disputes this new revelation. I hope they are right.

A man has appeared in court to deny the manslaughter of his teenage friend who was knifed while trying on a stab-proof vest.
David Baxter, 31, is accused of killing Christopher Baker, 18, who died from a single knife wound to his chest during an incident in the early hours of April 17.
Baxter, of Newcastle, today pleaded not guilty to the manslaughter of Mr Baker, who died in Seaham, County Durham.
Prosecutor Mark Giuliani said: ‘The crown’s case is this is not an accident, this was stupidity which was bound to result in what did happen.
Baxter’s defence will argue the death was caused by ‘horseplay’.
The case at Newcastle Crown Court was adjourned until November 29 for a five-day trial.
Baxter has been granted bail
