(AllHipHop News) Chicago rapper Common has inked a deal with Atria Books to release his first ever memoir, which will hit stores in 2011. The name of Common’s memoirs will be One Day It’ll Make Sense. According to Atria, the book will detail the 38-year-old emcee’s rise to fame from the South Side of Chicago, his exploits in the Hip-Hop industry with rappers like Kanye West, and his crossover into the world of acting in movies like Terminator: Salvation, American Gangster and Just Wright with Queen Latifah. “One Day It’ll Make Sense,” which was also the title of Common’s debut album, is being co-authored with Adam Bradley, who has written books like Book of Rhymes: The Poetics of Hip Hop, The Anthology of Rap and a book on Ralph Ellison titled In Progress.Common’s memoir One Day It’ll Make Sense are due in stores this June.
