To make matters worse, the group, which has a song titled “Traffic Jam 101,” disregarded police officers orders to halt their performance. Also, the driver of the bus fled in a previous car, resulting in the tour bus having to be towed off of the freeway. Christopher Wright, 32, Keith Yackey, 32 and David Hale, 30, were each charged with one felony count of conspiracy, two misdemeanors for resisting arrest and another for false imprisonment. This was not a matter involving free speech or lawful protest, Los Angeles County District Attorney Steve Cooley said. This was a well-orchestrated commercial stunt perpetrated by these defendants and their accomplices with no concern for the lives or well-being of thousands of innocent victims who were caught up in the prank.
