(AllHipHop News) Legendary rap group Leaders of the New School have reunited after almost 20 years, minus famed group member Busta Rhymes. Long Island, New York natives Charlie Brown, Dinco D. and Cut Monitor Milo will hit the stage at the Knitting Factory during a performance in Brooklyn, New York on December 23rd. The group, which was discovered by Public Enemy frontman Chuck D., released two albums, A Future Without a Past (1991) and T.I.M.E. (1993), before disbanding permanently. Over the years, the relationship has been tense, with Charlie Brown taking shots at Busta Rhymes from time to time, while Dinco actually released a diss track aimed at Busta titled “F**k Touch It,” as a response to Busta’s#### single “Touch It.” “I heard it on a Clue mixtape where [Busta] called us a bunch of b***hes,” Dinco told AllHipHop.com in April of 2006. “He said some real foul s**t, saying my crew’s acting like a bunch of b***hes…and following conversations, he’s just been mad disrespectful to me.”Despite these obstacles, sources have confirmed with AllHipHop.com that LONS has officially reformed. They are currently in the recording studio working on an album with Public Enemy’s producer/DJ, DJ Johnny Juice. In addition to a performance by LONS, rap veteran Son of Bazerk will hit the stage during the evening featuring artists No Self Control and the BAND!
