(AllHipHop News) Rapper Young Chris, a former artist on Roc-A-Fella Records, has had an abrupt and seizure at SOB’s club in New York City.
The Philadelphia rapper was reportedly sent to a Manhattan-area hospital for treatment.
The nature of the seizure was not immediately known, but he was unconscious when he was take to the hospital. Representatives for Young Chris had no comment at press time. Other sources told AllHipHop.com that the 26 year old was resting, but no formal confirmation was given from management or publicity reps.
Young Chris was working on a comeback of sorts with a new album called The Reintroduction.
