Royce Da 5’9 Gets Down With Michigan’s First Ever Cannabis Cup

(AllHipHop News)Rapper Royce Da 5’9 will support the use of medical marijuana this weekend, during an event sponsored by High Times Magazine taking place in Detroit, Michigan.

The Shady Records artist will be a special VIP performer during High Times’ Cannabis Cup, which is taking place October 15th-16th in the rap star’s hometown.

The event marks the first time the High Times Cannabis Cup has taken place in Detroit.

The two-day expo will feature panelists, educators, doctors, and other activists who support the legalization of medical marijuana use.

The event is only open to those who have a valid medical marijuana license.

The VIP, invite only event with Royce Da 5’9 takes place at performance venue The Warehouse and will also feature performances by 420 Funk Mob and Dr. Funkenstein.
