(AllHipHop News) Jim Jones took the time to propose to his long time girlfriend Chrissy Lampkin on VH1′s “Love and Hip Hop” after, having dated for 7 years.

“The fact that my Jimmy knew that it was the right time to do things, its priceless,” an emotional Chrissy told viewers on “Love and Hip Hop.”

The Capo approached Chrissy at a table with other members of the cast at restaurant in Miami.

Jim proposed to her in the foyer of the restaurant, during the 7th episode of “Love & Hip Hop,” Season 2.

The rapper stood and shunned the traditional practice of kneeling, as Chrissy sat during the announcement.

Season 2 has been aggressive, filled with epic cat fights and changes going on in the careers of Dipset members, Juelz Santana and Jim Jones.

A date for the wedding was not available as of press time.
