Contrary to popular belief, winning is never an individual thing. Even if you take the most individualize sport that you can think of, I can guarantee you that there is a team in the background making sure that the individual is great! The common misconception that a lot of people believe is that they can do it by themselves!
In order to fully maximize your potential, you must surround yourself with people who will help push your limits and get you to the next level! Only a knife can sharpen a knife! If you are the smartest person in your team, then it’s time to find a new team! Stop thinking you can do it all alone! Build Your Team, and make great things happen! By yourself, you are powerful, but together, you can move mountains! As the old adage says, “Teamwork makes the Dream Work!” Get out of your way and Lets make it do what it does!!
