(AllHipHop News) Hip-Hop Icon Nas performed several cuts off his new album Life is Good at Club Cameo in Miami, Florida this weekend, to a packed crowd.
Life Is Good, which expected to sell over 130,000 copies its first week out, is set to debut at #1 this week on Billboard charts, making Nas’ 10th release his sixth #1 album.
Nas took time to reflect on going from the track Life’s A Bitch,” from his 1994 debut album Illmatic, to Life Is Good.
“That’s a mother fucking change. I want to thank all yall for you support, thank you for rocking with me throughout all these years. Experience your life to the fullest. Live your life to the f**king fullest,” Nas told the fans, before breaking into a medley of hits from his catalog.
During the performance, Nas to a moment to speak on his relationship with his ex-wife Kelis and the track “Bye Bye Baby,” which he made for her.
“This is a true story about love, pain and divorce. This is dedicated to my ex. It’s all love. I’m feeling nice, just telling you. I’m feeling so good, I can’t believe this.”
