Welcome to the end of a great week and the day you realize that giving up is sometimes OK! I’ve been spreading these messages of encouragement and empowerment for quite some time, and
one thing that is consistent in my message is that it is always too early to quit, nothing is impossible, and you can have anything you put your mind to.
While all of the above is true, one thing I never clarified is the fact that not all quitting is created equal. Many times as we go through trials and tribulations, we feel as if we must
continue to fight no matter what! Make sure you are choosing your battles wisely! If it’s worth having, then it’s worth fighting for, but don’t just fight for the sake of fighting! Sometimes rejection is protection!
The fact that you are going through certain obstacles may be an indication that you need to reevaluate what you are pursuing. I once read a profound quote from a book title – “Impossible is Stupid” – and it says…. “Quitting is not giving up, it’s choosing to focus your attention on something more important. Quitting is not losing confidence, it’s realizing that there are more valuable ways you can spend your time. Quitting is not making excuses, it’s learning to be
more productive, efficient, and effective instead. Quitting is letting go of things (or people) that are sucking the life out of you, so you can do more things that will bring you strength.”
Take heed to this and know when to say enough is enough!! Use your energy on the things that will help you succeed in life! Work Smarter not Harder!!

“You don’t need strength to let go of something. What you really need is understanding.” -Guy Finley
“Choose your battles wisely. After all, life isn’t measured by how many times you stood up to fight. It’s measured by your ability to make the best of what life has to offer.” -C. JoyBell C.
“Just remember, when you should grab something, grab it; when you should let go, let go.” -Unknown
“Keeping baggage from the past will leave no room for happiness in the future.” -Wayne L Misner
“There are things that we never want to let go of, people we never want to leave behind. But keep in mind that letting go isn’t the end of the world, it’s the beginning of a new life.” -Unknown
“We must let go of the life we have planned, so as to accept the one that is waiting for us.” -Joseph Campbell
“Letting go means to come to the realization that some things are a part of your history, but not a part of your destiny.” -Steve Maraboli
