(AllHipHop News) Coolio’s son Grtis Ivey, who appeared reality show “Coolio’s Rules,” has just been sentenced to prison for robbing an apartment with a friend, who happened to be a hooker.
A rep for the Clark County District Attorney’s office told TMZ.com that the 22-year-old Ivey was sentenced to 42-120 months in prison.
If the Nevada Department of Corrections finds good reason, they can hold him for up to 10 years.
Ivey was arrested on November 14, 2011 last year, for forcibly entering a Las Vegas apartment with a gun,
He then ordered the tenant into the bathroom, while his female prostitute friend ransacked the place.
Ivey agreed to plead guilty to a felony robbery charge in exchange for having the remaining charges dropped.
According to TMZ, Ivey has been in custody since his arrest and will receive credit for time served.
