No experience necessary. You talk directly to AHH staff who will give feedback and hopefully publish your idea.

The only thing we require is that you’re passionate, creative, and respectful of the other writers. It takes zero effort to join.

LISTS

Do you think you have what it takes to write list-style feature articles like Wake Up!: The Top Five Rappers That Too Many People Are Sleeping On!? Do you love to spark debate and defend your picks to the end?
Once you get approved, you’ll gain access to the private forum to pitch list topics and get feedback from other writer and editors. Lists don’t only have to focus on “The greatest rapper alive” but think of inventive, random and witty lists i.e. “Five Reason Lil Wayne is Really a Martian” or “Top 10 Overused Lyrics”

INFOGRAPHICS

If you have an idea for an infographic, you don’t have to make the whole thing yet. You can just write up a description and post that, if you want to get an idea of whether it works before you spend all day in Photoshop.

You can just describe what it’ll look like and what your points/jokes will be. If we like it we can have you go ahead and make the graph.

The more creative the better.

Photo Shopped Funnies

If you simply want to manipulate photos in some humorous way with Photoshop (or whatever software you use). AllHipHop will be launching “Photo Shop Funnies” where we give you a premise and you try to make the funniest image possible based on it. You win, you get paid.

If you and your friends made a high-quality funny video (please, no random vlogs or videos of you spitting a hot 16 into the camera), post a link in the video thread.
