Well, T.I. is enforcing his reign around Atlanta and was caught on camera spazzing out on a fan who was trying to take a photo of him. T.I. gave the male groupie a stern talking to as if he was chastising one of his kids. Hmm, I’m not sure if this is the right approach. Don’t you have people to do that for you, Tip?
