(AllHipHop News) Want that LL Cool J album Authentic before its April 30th release date? Amazon is currently streaming the album in its entirety.

The 14th studio album for the legendary rapper includes a multitude of artists from varying genres. Public Enemy head MC Chuck D, Eddie Van Halen, Seal and Travis Barker are a few of the artists. The diversity of this album was a pre-planned intention according to LL via press release:

“With AUTHENTIC, I wanted to work on a project that showed my genuine love for all music.” “Collaborating with these myriad of artists was an amazing experience and this album got me back to my roots and is for the fans across all generations who love real music too.”

The album includes the controversial single “Accidental Racist” featuring Country Music crooner Brad Paisley. While the polarizing song has drawn the ire of many, it has attained support from one of high profile guests on Authentic, Snoop Lion. In a recent interview with Wall Street Journal‘s daughter site Speakeasy the Reincarnated MC said he did not hear the controversy in the song. Lion stated fans should simply appreciate the music or not:

“Just shut the f— up and enjoy the music or don’t. There’s too much put on what we do. It’s just like a movie, or art, or expression, it’s not mean to create so much controversy. Be glad that LL Cool J and Brad Paisley made a record together, that two people from different genres were able to make a record together. Look at the positivity of it all.”
