(AllHipHop News) Beware of inflatable penises. That should have been the motto for 44 year old Delaware truck driver Daniel Metzgar who is suing Wilmington urologist Dr. Thomas Desperito after his penile implant caused him to have an e####### which lasted eight months.
The lawsuit is being heard at New Castle County Superior Court in Wilmington where Metzgar informed the court that inflatable prosthesis implant “made him feel like less of a man” according to NBCPhiladelphia.com. Metzgar also stated that he could not dance with the e####### and it severely damaged his social life:
“It’s not something you want to bring out at parties and show to friends.”
Metzgar received the surgery in December of 2009 but did not have it removed until August of 2010 after his s###### was punctured by the implant.
While Metzgar blames an error made by Dr. Desperito, the accused urologist’s attorney says Metzgar ignored Desperito’s orders to remove the prosthesis after four months which may have caused the prolonged e#######.
