(AllHipHop News) Chicago rapper Lil Reese was charged with misdemeanor theft this weekend. According to a report by CBS Chicago, court records state that Reese (real name Tavares Taylor) “presented false documentation to obtain” a 2006 BMW 750 Li back on April 13. Police did not provide any further details about the case.
Reese was arrested on Saturday (June 22). A Cook County judge set his bail at $5,000 at a bond hearing on Sunday.
This is the second time the 20-year-old has been arrested in the last 3 months. The close associate of Chief Keef was taken into custody on April 28th as well. He was charged with criminal trespassing, mob action, and battery in that case after a violent videotape showing him attacking a young women surfaced in 2012.
