Meek Mill’s instructor Gail Madison told Judge Brinkley the rapper was a good student who was willing to learn proper etiquette.

“I felt very certain at the end of the four hours that he had a firm grasp of the information,” Madison told Judge Brinkley, reports The Philadelphia Daily News.

Meek Mill’s progress was so impressive that the rapper no longer has to call to check in with his probation officer when he travels to different states.

While Meek is free to travel, the judge shutdown the rap star’s request to relocate from his hometown of Philadelphia to Miami, Florida.
