AllHipHop.com celerates it’s 15 years of existence by presenting the Too Short concert at the A3C Music Festival on Oct. 2nd 2013 in Atlanta, GA. A3C and AllHipop.com have collaboratedto bring a special perfomance by the legendary rapper, Too Short! Patrons in the audience will have an exclusive premiere of a Too Short documentary giving tribute to the Bay Area Legend.
