Cop Claims Fellow Officer Inappropriately Looked At Whitney Houston's Naked Dead Body

Beverly Hills Cop Says He Was Punished & Harrassed For Reporting Fellow Officer’s Misconduct Of Whitney Houston’s Dead Body

(AllHipHop News) The passing of iconic performer Whitney Houston in 2012 shocked the world, and now there are shocking allegations about one of the police officers at the scene of her death. Former Beverly Hills SWAT sergeant Brian Weir claims that Detective Terry Nutall made inappropriate comments about the dead singer’s body after lifting up a sheet to reveal her privates.

Nutall allegedly said Houston “looked attractive for a woman of her age and current state” and “Damn, she’s still looking good, huh?”

Weir filed a suit against the city of Beverly Hills, its police department, and police chief David Snowden alleging that he was unjustly punished for reporting the incident. According to the claim, Nutall not only made inappropriate comments about Houston, but he also potentially contaminated DNA, harmed the integrity of the scene, and treated the body in a way that would “outrage ordinary family sensibilities.”

Weir says after he reported the incident to his superiors, the Beverly Hills Police Department punished him by removing him from the SWAT and K-9 units. He also claims that he was harassed by individuals in the department.

Beverly Hills PD’s LT. Lincoln Hoshino said that the department stands behind it’s investigation into Houston’s death “100%”.

Whitney Houston died of accidental drowning in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton hotel on February 11, 2012. The coroner reported that it was likely the result of a heart attack caused by chronic cocaine use. She was 48 years old.
